Month long challenges (target:12)

  1. Take multi-vitamins (+) every day for a month (repeat until it’s habit forming!)
  2. Go one month without fast food, take-out, or eating out
  3. Take a photo everyday for a month
  4. Write five things I am grateful for everyday for a month
  5. Keep an entirely clean and clutter free kitchen/dining room for a month
  6. Read every day for at least 30 minutes for a month
  7. Make a list of the 1001 + things I’ve already done!
  8. Once per week travel alternatively: walk, bus, bike…just no car!
  9. Limit TV to 10 hours during the month
  10. Eat vegetarian only for one month
  11. Wake up at 6am everyday for a month
  12. Travel to 100 places in Oregon/Washington
