Week long challenges (target:15)

  1. Eat two pieces of fruit a day for a week
  2. Drive the entire east coast
  3. Drive across the country
  4. Eat no sugar
  5. Eat no grains
  6. Go without caffeine for a week
  7. Read every day for at least 30 minutes for a week
  8. Be in bed by 10:30pm every night for a week
  9. Sleep 8 hours every night for a week
  10. Go one week without any television
  11. Eat vegetarian only for one week
  12. Do at least 5 actions from wearewhatwedo.org
  13. Put on lotion every day for a week (hands and feet)
  14. Read an entire issue of The Economist in one week
  15. Connect with family every day for a week
